  • What’s your biggest strength as a Product Manager?
I’d say it's my versatility. I'm dangerous enough to code, design, marketing and launch products across the board. In addition, it's my natural teaching ability to bring teams together and keep things on track. I’m a strong advocate for clear goals, agile processes and standards, and keeping the user at the center of every decision. Also, I’m persistent—I’m the kind of person who’ll figure things out, no matter what.
  • How do you handle changing requirements?
I embrace change—it’s part of the agile life! If something changes, I assess its impact, prioritize it against existing tasks, and make sure everyone’s on board. Data is my friend. If the data and common sense approach align, we adapt to the change and overcome. In this field, flexibility is a superpower.
  • How did you go from designer to product manager?
My career path has been a bit like a Swiss Army knife—one tool led to another. I started as a designer, curiosity drove to design things that didn't make people thing. That dove into development to figure out how to make it work and data analysis which gave me the direction to support my ideas. Eventually found my way into product management. It’s been a journey of wearing many hats, but it’s made me a versatile PM who sees the big picture.
  • What are some challenges you’ve faced, and how did you overcome them?
Building trust in a remote world. We are in the business of managing stake relationships, and being able to just have water cooler talks is tough in a remote world. It takes savvy ways of keeping engagement without taking time and building that trust through delivering on your word. Asynchronous communication is the key to modern communication methods and consistency is keep to build that trust.
  • What’s your approach to user experience (UX)?
Don't make me think! If my grandmother can use, then it works! If users have to overthink, something’s off. I aim to make products feel intuitive and seamless, so users can focus on what they came for, not on figuring out how things work. The biggest motivation is providing "ability" into enabling an outcome, and to do it in way that is seamless and effortless.
  • What exactly do you do as a Product Manager?
Think of me as the glue between users, developers, and business goals. I take ideas from a rough sketch to a polished product, making sure it meets user needs, fits the market, and aligns with business objectives. I keep the train on the tracks—and make sure it’s headed in the right direction. Years of building sites from the ground up gave me these skillsets.
  • How do you manage feedback from so many different stakeholders?
With a smile and a good system! Feedback is crucial, but so is prioritization. I make sure to understand each stakeholder’s goals, filter feedback through user and business priorities, and keep everyone in the loop on what we can (and can’t) address. It's important for stakeholders to have a sense of "win" to help build trust, and it's my job to help them find those small wins without impacting priorities.
  • Outside of work, what keeps you motivated?
Cycling, photography, and constant learning. Cycling gives me focus and resilience, photography sparks my creativity, and I love learning—whether it’s a new tool or technique, there’s always something to improve.
  • Any advice for aspiring product managers?
Embrace curiosity, stay adaptable, and never stop learning. And remember, product management isn’t just about delivering a product; it’s about delivering value for those that are using it. Be prepared to wear many hats—and enjoy every minute of it!
  • Do you have a favorite project you’ve worked on?
Picking a favorite is tough! But leading the deployment of a global analytics platform across 120+ countries, on 300+ sites and mobile tools, it was definitely a milestone. It was complex, but seeing the impact and efficiency improvements was incredibly rewarding.
  • What’s your “secret sauce” in managing projects?
I’d say it’s a mix of agile methodologies, clear communication, and a dash of humor and fun. It's about removing roadblocks so that other people's successes can shine and deliver. Agile keeps us flexible, communication keeps us aligned, and humor keeps us sane. Oh, and Red Bull. Lots of Red Bull.
